📦 PLACING AN ORDER

What payment methods do you accept?

At 11Moves, you can check out using all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal Express Checkout.
We do not accept bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Is my online order secure?

When you make a purchase with your credit card, your information is entered into a secure SSL-encrypted web page.
Your data is then securely transmitted via SSL directly to our payment provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.


🚚 ORDER DELIVERY

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.
Please allow extra processing time during holidays and peak seasons.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
We aim to process your order within 1–2 business days of purchase, and it will be shipped the day after processing.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends.

If you haven’t received a tracking confirmation within 5 business days after payment, please contact us.


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return my order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your request and send you return instructions if it is approved.

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

What if I received a defective, incorrect or damaged item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, or defective items.
Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant references related to your package.
We’ll do our best to resolve your issue quickly.

How long does the return process take?

Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
